The shell of the cold room evaporator is typically made of plastic-sprayed iron plate, food-grade stainless steel plate, or embossed aluminum plate. It offers advantages such as large heat exchange capacity, simplicity in installation, high corrosion resistance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The heat exchange coil in the air cooler features internal threads, and the heat exchange copper tube is closely connected to the aluminum fin through a hydraulic tube expander, enhancing heat transfer efficiency.

 

Following production, the cold room evaporator undergoes a rigorous decontamination process to ensure quality system cleanliness. It is equipped with a high-efficiency outer rotor motor, providing benefits like high air volume, increased wind speed, and extended service life. Additionally, the cold room evaporator can be fitted with explosion-proof motors based on specific requirements.
