The cold room evaporator is constructed with a shell made of plastic-sprayed iron plate, food-grade stainless steel plate, or embossed aluminum plate. It offers advantages such as large heat exchange capacity, simplicity in use, high corrosion resistance, and an attractive appearance.

The heat exchange coil of the air cooler features internal threads, ensuring efficient heat transfer. The copper tube is closely connected to the aluminum fin through a hydraulic tube expander, enhancing heat transfer efficiency.

After production, the cold room evaporator undergoes a rigorous decontamination process to maintain high cleanliness standards. It is equipped with a high-efficiency outer rotor motor, providing a large air volume, high wind speed, and extended service life. Additionally, the evaporator can be fitted with explosion-proof motors based on specific requirements.
