The shell of the cold room evaporator is typically constructed from plastic-sprayed iron plate, food-grade stainless steel plate, or embossed aluminum plate. This evaporator boasts numerous advantages, including large heat exchange capacity, simple installation, high corrosion resistance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The heat exchange coil utilizes internal threads, with the heat exchange copper tube closely contacting the aluminum fin through a hydraulic tube expander to enhance heat transfer efficiency.

Following production, each cold room evaporator undergoes a rigorous decontamination process to ensure adherence to quality standards. Equipped with a high-efficiency outer rotor motor, this evaporator delivers a large air volume, high wind speed, and extended service life.
