The JHW-66SG series oil separator adds an inner barrel on the basis of the JHW-66 series oil separator, and a mist eliminator woven with stainless steel wire is installed in the barrel, thus forming a barrier to capture the misty oil. This The road barrier confuses the misted oil so that they collide with each other, collect, and adsorb on the mist eliminator to become oil droplets, which finally reach the oil collection area at the bottom of the oil separator by gravity. This series of products achieves high-efficiency oil-gas separation by capturing tiny particulate oil droplets and most oil vapors.
JHW-66Q series oil storage oil separator can achieve very good oil separation effect under the condition of minimum pressure drop due to its centrifugal separation characteristics.JHW-66Q series oil storage oil separator is designed for parallel compressor units with electronic oil level controller installed. It can store the separated lubricating oil in the lower oil storage section, and rely on the pressure difference between the oil separator and the compressor crankcase to directly deliver the lubricating oil to each compressor through the electronic oil level controller crankcase.
The oil accumulator is used to store the lubricating oil that is not stored in the crankcase of the compressor, neither in the oil separator nor circulating in the system. In the oil accumulator, all the refrigerant dissolved in the lubricating oil is evaporated and the lubricating oil is cooled at the same time.
