Application Occasions:
Model D Series cold room cooling unit is a type of cooling equipment applied to vrious of refrigeratories like unit cooler, storing and freshing food. Model D series have the three types: dl evaporator, dd evaporator, dj evaporator, which can meet different requirement on temperature. Model DL applies to 0 degree freshness storehouse. Model dd evaporator applies to -18 degree cold storage. Model DJ applies to -25 degree quick-frozen storage.
Product Features:
The shell of cold room cooling is generally made of plastic-sprayed iron plate, food-grade stainless steel plate or embossed aluminum plate. The cold room cooling unit has many advantages such as large heat exchange, convenient and simple, high corrosion resistance, and beautiful appearance. The heat exchange coil of the air cooler generally uses internal threads. The heat exchange copper tube is in close contact with the aluminum fin through a hydraulic tube expander, thereby reducing the contact distance and improving the heat transfer coefficient.
After the cold room cooling is produced, it goes through a strict decontamination process to ensure the cleanliness of the quality system. The cold room cooling unit uses a high-efficiency outer rotor motor. The motor of this structure has the advantages of large air volume, high wind speed, and long service life.
