The cold room evaporator is constructed with a shell made of plastic-sprayed iron plate, food-grade stainless steel plate, or embossed aluminum plate. It offers advantages such as large heat exchange capacity, simplicity in use, high corrosion resistance, and an attractive appearance.

The heat exchange coil of the air cooler features internal threads, with the heat exchange copper tube closely contacting the aluminum fin through a hydraulic tube expander. This design reduces contact distance and enhances the heat transfer coefficient.

Following production, the cold room evaporator undergoes a rigorous decontamination process to ensure system cleanliness. It is equipped with a high-efficiency outer rotor motor, providing benefits like increased air volume, high wind speed, and extended service life.
