The shell of the cold room evaporator is typically made of plastic-sprayed iron plate, food-grade stainless steel plate, or embossed aluminum plate. It offers advantages such as large heat exchange capacity, simplicity in installation, high corrosion resistance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The heat exchange coil of the air cooler utilizes internal threads, ensuring efficient heat transfer.

After production, the cold room evaporator undergoes a rigorous decontamination process to maintain cleanliness. It features a high-efficiency outer rotor motor, providing a large air volume, high wind speed, and extended service life. Additionally, the cold room evaporator can be equipped with explosion-proof motors based on specific requirements.
